To My Friend

Hello lovely Copic Lover's,

I hope your all doing well and getting lots of Crafting done!

It is time for a New challenge at Mad for Marker's Challenge Blog! This time we have a funky colour combo challenge for you and that challenge is to use Copics from the following colour families:

YR, RV and BG.
Now, that was a challenge for me I tell ya! lol. But, here is my creation.

So I hope I have provided some inspiration for you all today! I can't wait to see what you all come up with for this challenge.

Skater Boy Card

Hello Copic Lover's,

I have a Skater Boy card to share with you all today!

I have to admit this is something a little different for me, and I am getting used to making "male" cards now lol. I spose it helps that brown is one of my favourite colour's to play with.

As you all know the current challenge here at Mad for Marker's Challenge Blog is to make "Male Cards" (using brown Copics). There have been some fantastic enties so far, so great work! Without further ado, here is my card.

I have used the following Copics to colour my image:

Skin: E000, 00, 11, 13

Hat/Top: BG000, 10, 11, YR000, 04, 07

Pants/Hair: E41, 43, 44, 47
Shoes/Skateboard: E31, 34, 35

Skatedboard Wheels: W05, 03, 01

I hope my card has provided you all with some inspiration for your "Male Card" Challenge.

Male Card-Using Brown Copics

Hello Copic Lover's,

I hope your all having a Great week so far!

For those of you who don't know, Mad for Marker's has a new Challenge. The new challenge is to create "Male Cards Using Brown Copics" on your projects! I am thrilled with this Challenge as I know us scrapping girl's out there tend to forget the boys lol.

Here is my card...

I have used Kaisercraft "Post Card" patterned papers for this card. I have been waiting to use this collection for ages lol. It seemed to suit my Magnolia Edwin stamp perfectly.

Crazy Hair Combo

Hello Copic Lover's,

It's Cassandra here to share with you my latest take on the Mad for Marker's  "Crazy Hair Colour Challenge" at the Mad for Marker's Challenge blog.

I have coloured a Greeting Farm stamped image today. I don't make many boy cards, so it was something different for me lol. I love how he is holding a cute little dinosaur :o)

I have used the following Copics:

T-Shirt: YR00,02,04,W0,01,03

Jeans: B91,95,97

Shoes: E25,31

Hair/Dinosaur: YG00,21,23,25

Crazy Pink Hair

Hello Crafty Copic Lover's,

The New challenge here at Mad for Marker's literally is a 'challenge' for me lol. I am a traditional type of boring Copic person, who uses browns for hair. But, as you can see by my card below I have jumped out of that square and into the unknown and enjoyed it lol.

I have used a Kenny K digital image to colour in for this card. His images are so much fun and are great for our "Crazy Hair Challenge" as crazy colours suit the characters lol. And don't be frightened our your Copic's as the wonderful Sammi has posted a Crazy Colours chart to help you out with selecting Copic colours, click HERE for a look!

Here is a close up of my crazy hair coloured image. Can you tell pink is my favourite colour??

Yellow & Green

Hi everyone,

It's Wednesday and my day to share my latest creation for Mad for Marker's "Australia Day Colours" Challenge.

Last week I used red, blue and white so this week I have tried something a little different... Yellow and Green. And although they are not my favourite colours to mix together I must say I dont mind the finished product surprisingly lol.

I have used the following Copic's for this creation:

Face/Skin: E0000,00,11,R20

Top: Y000,04,08

Pants: G02,03,05

Socks: W0,01

Even though this colour combination may not be your cup of tea like me, I encourage you to give it a go. You may be pleasantly surprised with your results like myself.

Magnolia Goodness & Copic Love

Hello Crafter's,

Today is Wednesday and my turn to share my latest Copic Creation with you all! As you are aware the current challenge at Mad for Marker's is "Anything Goes"! How easy is that??? But, you only have a few more days to enter this fun challenge, so be quick!
Here is my latest card:

I have used a Magnolia stamp and some Basic Grey patterned paper's that are distressed with some Tim Holtz Ink-Walnut Stain. Sorry about the angle of the photo, but I took this photo at night and wanted you to be able to see the Irridescent Gold Glimmerist I used on the card.

I have used the following Copic's to colour the stamped Magnolia Image:

Face/Skin: E000,00,11,R20

Hair: E25,29,50

Dress/Socks:W0,01,03,Y26

and ofcourse the blender pen.

Christmas Gift Box

Hello Copic fan’s!

I hope your all ready for the jolly fat man in the big red suit! I love Christmas but, it is always a relieve when it is over lol.

Anyway today is Wednesday and I’d love to share my latest Copic creation with you all. Remember the Mad for Marker’s challenge is “Anything Goe’s”, which I have to admit is always my favourite lol. I have to say I absolutely love my Copic creation today. It started out as a Kris Kringle gift for someone at work, but when I finished it I decided it was so darn cute that I had to keep it for myself lol. Here it is:

Isn’t Santa Edwin just gorgeous sitting on his big comfy chair?? Too cute!

I have used Copic’s to colour in the images ofcourse, but I also used them on the large Gardenia flower too. I didn’t have a red flower that would match the papers or red Copic’s I used. So I used the same Copic’s from Santa Edwin’s suit on the centre of the flower and now it matches perfectly.

 I hope my Copic creation has provided some creative inspiration for you all. Remember Mad for Marker’s online store has all your Copic need’s covered at fantastic prices!
