  Hi...it's Sam here! This week I used my new La-La Land Genie Marci and as it is still the Spring Growth Challenge here at Mad for Markers I have dressed her in shades of green.

Spring

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another day here at the Mad for Markers Challenge Blog.

The challenge of Spring - Yellow-Greens (YG's) and Green's (G's) is continuing.

I have used the colours (YG's & G's) for the grass on my card.

Stamp:  Windy Day (Saturated Canary)

The spots on her face and spots on the kite are done with the new Molotow pen.

Honey in Spring Greens

The challenge for this month is a little out of my comfort zone as I rarely colour with greens or yellow-greens.  My card today card features Honey a digi by Krista Smith from Saturated Canary. I actually coloured two of these images up but I am only sharing one with you today.... I'll share the other one with you in a fortnights time.

Gorgeous Green Faerie Marci

Hi everyone, I hope you're enjoying this months challenge to get those Greens and Yellow Green Copic markers out and colour up a storm!

I have to confess that the yellow greens are not my first choice, but I've made an exception here and jumped out of my comfort zone and into this fabulous combo of Purple and Yellow Greens!

There are a couple of little extras included with Daisy Faerie Marci, it's that little cluster of daises on the background paper, I've stamped and coloured that up to make my own paper.  There is also a little sentiment but I haven't used it here.

Spring .. gorgeous colours

So its Spring!  Apparently!  Not here in Victoria ... here it is COLD and WINDY! But it is lovely to see the blossoms on the trees and the gorgeous leaves peeping out from their bare branches.

I love that fresh little bit of green coming through.  What a marvellous thing to see.

In celebration of Spring Growth we have been using Copic Markers in G's and YG's this month over at Mad For Markers.   

I have coloured this gorgeous Digi image from Some Odd Girl in the colours I am currently seeing in my garden.  I decided she was the perfect image for spring.  You can find gorgeous images from Some Odd Girl in Clear Stamps and Stamp Sets .. here.
