Puppy Love Spica Challenge

Hi Copic Lovers,

Alicia here. Today it is my day to remind you about our Mad for Markers Spica Challenge.

I made this cute little doggy card.

I coloured him with Copics:

Pinks: V06, RV06, RV13, RV34, RV23

Browns: E71, E57, E47 (a new brown combo that I love!)

Greys: C-0, C-1

Then I added some Spica!!

I used 00 Clear Spica on his bone and eyes.

I used 14 Blossom on his dog collar.

I used 01 Lavender as stitches on the pink heart.

I used 10 Black as stitches around the outside of the card.

I took a photo under the light so you can see the sparkle.

Hi Everyone,

It is Melissa here with inspiration (hopefully) for this fortnights challenge ....... Spica Pens.

I must admit that I own alot of the Spica Pens, however the 'clear' is my favourite as I can use it on any other base colour.

Here is my creation:

Copics Used:

Flourish: YG63, Clear Spica Pen (airbrushed)

Flower & Pink Cardstock: RV32, RV34, 0 (Reinkers & heated)

Flower: Handmade

Flourish: Twiddleybitz

Good Morning Copic Lovers !!

Welcome to the new challenge this fortnight - using Spica pens. This is such a fun challenge, and I'm here to share my inspiration with you today.

Unfortunately, the Spica hasn't shown up too well in this photo, however I've used the Black Spica on Edwin's hat and pants, and the Red & Lipstick Spica's on Edwin's boots. I just love the Spica pens .... no project can ever have too much Spica !!! lol

Hi everyone...

Spica's are so lovely and sparkly and add that extra touch to any card.

I have added lots of clear spica to my flower embellishment!!

Spica Pen Challenge

Good morning Copic Markers its Bron here this morning I am bringing you my card for the new challenge which is Spica Pens. We would like to see you use 3 spica pens on your creations.

I have actually only got a few spica pens so I was not able to use three different colours but I have used two colours in different ways. My biggest problem is that my photos would not pick up where I have used the spica pens, no matter which angle I took the phtoo from. There is one photo that you get an small idea of it on so I will show you and explain where I have used them!

Here is the up close shot and if you look at the pants you can see it in there. Also the fish is completely covered in clear spicia and I have also used it around the outside of the image. Sorry I could not get a photo for you that showed it.

I have used the following copics:

Fur - E79, E77 & E72 (rosy cheeks R20)

Pants - R46, R14

Hat & Scraf - YG99, YG95, YG93

Fish - G05, G00 & W3

Background - BG05, BG10 & BG000

New Challenge :: Spica Pens

Good morning! hope you are all well and had a great weekend! Today we have a new challenge for you ... we would love to see your Copic Creations include some SPARKLE this challenge... so we would love for you to use SPICA pens in your creations! :D

Here are a couple of examples ... First up is this cutie from Wee Stamps... Sylvia does draw the most beautiful fairytale images and they are always ones that deserve that extra sparkle! :D
I have added in blossom spica over the pinks on the girl .. as well as lilac spica on the flowers ... unfortunately it has not come up very well in the photo (much more effective IRL)!

and I have also used Chocolate spica OVER the tree.. I drew in some lines and swirls on top of the COPIC coloured tree .. you can see it a bit better in the photo below...

I also decided to make another card showing you how easy it is to WRITE with the coloured Spicas... and it adds a lovely personal and sparkly touch to a card ... the Happy Birthdays have been done in Blossom spica and then black spica on top! I did also add in some blossom spica on Tildas top and some Lilac spica on her pants... and some garnet spica on the present ribbon .. once again a bit hard to make out in the photo :(
