those yellows again! with a christmas twist!

Hello there! so we are coming to the end of this months challenge with the yellows.
This was not an easy challenge especially if you are wnating to make a bunch of xmas cards!
but you can add a bit of Y into your craft cause gold is always good on xmas cards.
And that is exactly what i did!

Isn't she cute! she reminds me of the movie Elf ! As you can she this is an Some odd girl image. You can purchase a variety of Some odd girl stamps over at Mad for Markers.

Here are the colours i used.

and here is the finished card. I also used some kaisercraft papers and 2 fiskars border punches called upper crest and lacy doubles.

Ys and YRs challenge - Carly

Hello there :)  I have a confession .... I don't like the colour orange!  I really don't ..... the only thing I really like the look of that is orange is a ... well an orange!  But I think I'm starting to come around .....
You see I have been colouring with oranges quite a bit lately .... its a lovely colour on a card and really suits masculine cards, Halloween cards and Thanksgiving cards.

Talking about Thanksgiving and orange ..... that is the theme of the latest Mad For Markers challenge!

So here is my latest 'orange' themed creation.

 How adorable is this image!!!!!! she comes in a set of two gorgeous images and lots of sentiments.  You can grab her from the Mad For Markers store .. .here.  The set is from The Greeting Farm - Buddies.

 I have coloured this cute little pair in the following copic markers:-

Tropical Mae coloured with Ys

Well I am running a little late, I had trouble uploading photos for some reason. I adore this Tropical Mae digi image from Some Odd Girl. Mad for Markers stocks a selection of some odd girl clear stamps which you can find here. My idea of a holiday is anywhere tropical and warm.

I have had this image coloured for a while and hadn't put the card together. She has been coloured with copics on x-press it blending card which are all available over at Mad for Markers store.

a little Orange Princess

Good morning ... just popping on to share a card I created for the current challenge... This challenge really was quite a challenge for me actually as I don't much like colouring with LOTS of yellows or Oranges.... but I  quite enjoyed it! :D
